What we keep, and why.

This policy covers SNYP Technologies Inc. (“SNYP”, “we”) and the website at snypz.com. It explains what we collect when you book an appointment, apply as a professional, or contact us, and what we do with it. It does not cover any separate SNYP mobile app, which will carry its own policy when it launches.
Information we collect
Mostly what you give us. When you book, that is your name, contact details, the address for service, and your appointment preferences. Payment is handled by our booking partner, Square, and processed on their systems; we do not store card numbers. When you apply as a professional, we collect the details on the form, such as your name, contact, and license number, and we keep your application on file while we review it. When you email us, we keep your message. When you browse the site, Google Analytics records how it is used, as described under Cookies and tracking below.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver your appointment, to reach you about it, to review professional applications, to answer what you send us, and to run and improve the service.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed to deliver the service: the assigned professional receives your appointment details, and service providers process data on our behalf under their own terms: Square for bookings and payments, Supabase, which stores professional applications in the United States, Resend, which sends the emails about them, HostGator, which hosts this site, and Google, which provides site analytics and the maps services described below. We disclose information when the law requires it, and, if the business is ever transferred, as part of that transaction. None of this sharing includes text-message opt-in data or consent, which is covered below.
Maps and directions
When a SNYP professional taps “On my way” for your appointment, their phone’s location is read once, with their permission, and sent with your appointment’s location to Google Maps Platform to estimate the drive time we text you. We do not store the professional’s location. When a professional taps Navigate, your address opens in Apple Maps or Google Maps on their phone, and those apps handle it under Apple’s and Google’s own privacy terms. Only the professional assigned to your appointment sees your address, and only after they accept it.
Pages that show our Google rating load the current rating and review count from Google Maps Platform when you open them. Your browser makes that request, so Google receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. We send nothing about you with it.
Text messages
If you choose to get texts from SNYP, we use your mobile number to send messages about your appointments (confirmations, reminders, day-of updates, changes, cancellations, and refunds) and to answer you when you write back. Professionals who opt in get texts about jobs, their schedule, and payouts. Opting in is a separate checkbox that is never pre-checked, and it is not required to book. We keep a record of when you agreed and the wording you saw. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Program details are on our text messages page.
Mobile numbers, text-message consent, and opt-in records are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics, a service from Google LLC, to count visits and learn how people find and use the site. It records the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search, a link, or an ad), your approximate location at the city level, your device and browser type, and actions such as opening the booking window or sending a professional application. It does not receive your name, email, phone number, address, or what you type into a form. Google uses your IP address to estimate location and does not store it in Google Analytics.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that last up to two years, so it can tell a first visit from a return one. We keep analytics data for 14 months. Google processes it under the Google Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
To opt out, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same either way.
Booking opens inside an embedded Square window, and Square sets its own cookies there under its policy. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. If we add advertising tools later, we will update this section before they go live.
Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payment is processed under Square’s PCI-compliant security. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@snypinc.com and we will respond.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a new effective date.
