How the appointment works.

These terms cover appointments booked with SNYP Technologies Inc. (“SNYP”, “we”). Booking an appointment means you accept them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy.
Booking and confirmation
Appointments are requested through our booking partner, Square. A request is not a reservation until you receive a confirmation from us. We confirm the time, the address, and the service. If we cannot staff a requested time, we will offer the nearest alternative or cancel the request at no charge.
Service area
We serve Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, and Miami Beach. Addresses outside that area are quoted on request and are not guaranteed. Rates shown on the site apply within the service area.
Prices and what is included
Haircut $175. Haircut and beard $225. VIP from $300. Group and event bookings are quoted individually. The price covers the professional’s time, their tools and supplies, and cleanup of the work area. Gratuity is not included and is never expected. Prices may change, but never for an appointment already confirmed.
Payment
Payment is processed by Square under their terms. We do not store card numbers. Any deposit taken at booking is applied to the final price of the appointment.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours we may charge up to 50 percent of the service price, because the time was held and the professional traveled for it. If we cancel for any reason, you are charged nothing and any deposit is refunded in full.
No-shows and access
If the professional cannot reach you, or cannot access the address, within 15 minutes of the confirmed time, the appointment is treated as a no-show and the full price may be charged. Please make sure entry details, building access, gate codes, and unit numbers are correct when you book.
The space
We bring the chair and the tools. We ask for a spot with a hard floor where possible, access to a power outlet, and, for beard and shave services, access to water. If a space cannot safely or hygienically support the service, the professional may decline and the appointment is treated as a cancellation inside the window.
Health, safety, and conduct
For everyone’s safety, a professional may decline or stop a service in the case of a scalp or skin condition that should be seen by a physician, an unsafe environment, or conduct that is abusive or threatening. Please tell us about allergies or skin sensitivities before the appointment.
If something is not right
Tell us within 48 hours. Write to info@snypinc.com with the appointment details. Where the work falls short of our standard we will arrange a correction with the same or another professional. Grooming is a personal service and results vary with hair type and condition, so we do not guarantee a specific outcome.
Minors
Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present for the appointment, and the parent or guardian books on their behalf.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a new effective date, and the terms in force are the ones published when your appointment was confirmed.
